Description

　　Pay $20-26/hr

　　Mon-Fri 8:00a-4:30pm

　　Processing for 1,200 employees

　　MUST have pivot tables

　　Responsibilities

　　• Address employee relations issues as it relates to their timecards

　　• Update weekly payroll worksheets and directories

　　• Retrieve all timecards/records from each division weekly

　　• Finalize service remote timecard records from service/dispatch module of accounting software

　　• Review/compute all timecards and call schedules weekly

　　• Data entry of all timecards into accounting software

　　• Verification of weekly deductions/adjustments

　　• Reconciliation of weekly payroll to detect discrepancies (jobs, earnings codes, rates)

　　• Print all direct deposit and manual payroll checks

　　• Retrieve weekly reports (daily hours, payroll review, direct deposit, child support, 401k, 941) for accuracy

　　• Report weekly cash requirements for transfer to Manager

　　• Upload weekly direct deposits to bank to ensure timely employee deposits (Wednesday)

　　• Upload, pay and post weekly child support payable

　　• Upload, pay and post weekly 401(k) loans, contributions, and S/H match

　　• Pay/post weekly payroll taxes via IRS website

　　• E-mail/upload check stubs to employee’s e-mail/Bamboo HR

　　• Run quarterly/annual payroll reports

　　• Quarterly/annual reconciliation of payroll via spreadsheets

　　• Prepare Quarterly 941/Annual 940 tax/W-2s / 401(k) census

　　• Prepare Quarterly SUTA tax return for review by Manager/Quarterly FUTA tax deposits

　　• Create monthly workers compensation class code spreadsheet & reconciliation for review by Manager

　　• Filing/scan payroll records

　　• Assist w/ implementation and maintaining of Bamboo HR (assets, etc.)

　　WE DO NOT HAVE A PAYROLL SOFTWARE; EVERYTHING IS MANUALLY DONE.
