　　Job Summary: Performs all types of building repairs, renovations or construction to the building. Must be able to work with little or no supervision. An understanding of Hospital Practices and Standards is a must to insure safety to himself, co-workers, and patients in the hospital. Only the highest standards in both quality and safety in a hospital environment will be expected.

　　Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, trade schools, with at least 5 years experience in all phases of carpentry. Prefer individual with a license or certification to install the various systems used as per product manufacture, knowledge of N.C. Building Codes, ADA Standards, OSHA Regulations, Life Safety Codes, Health Care Facilities Handbooks, Local Fire, Building Codes.
