Located in Minnetonka, Minnesota, the Payroll Administrator is a long-term contract / temporary role.

　　Process biweekly payroll adjustments and address PR-related queries.

　　Analyze data for COBRA takeovers and assist in data analytics/reporting.

　　Support compliance/legal requests for benefits, including data for employee deaths.

　　Assist in customized activities for benefit plans/processes/policies.

　　Input deductions for company transfers in UHC system and support Global Mobility Ops.

　　Provide guidance for escalated health/wellness benefits cases.

　　Assist in validation and testing for the new Oracle HRIS and payroll system.

　　Perform Open Enrollment duties as assigned.

　　Requirements

　　2+ years of experience in payroll processing and health/wellness benefits administration.

　　Proficient in data analysis and reporting.

　　Knowledge of compliance and legal requirements related to benefits.

　　Familiarity with Oracle HRIS and payroll systems.

　　Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

　　Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

　　Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
