Aboutthe role: CLA is seeking a Payroll Processing Analyst (Payroll AnalystII) to join our HR Systems & Payroll (HRSP) team. In this role, you willplay a crucial part in handling a wide range of payrollresponsibilities, including administration, distribution andrecord-keeping for our valued clients. This position offers theflexibility to work 100% remotely within the United States. As a PayrollAnalyst II, you will: Manage and develop relationship with clients.Input, verify and transmit payroll data for clients. Update the payrollsystem for new hires, terminations, salary changes, department changesor any other pertinent payroll information received. Prepare quarterlypayroll tax reports as needed. Complete mortgage and SUI verifications,as requested. Assist with workers\' compensation audits, preparation ofemployee census data, upload retirement plan contribution data, respondto tax notices as necessary. Process bonus payments and other specialpayrolls upon request. What you will need: High school diploma orequivalent Three years of payroll experience is required Proficiencywith Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Excel Priorexperience with payroll software is required; knowledge of ADP ispreferred Our Perks: Flexible PTO (designed to offer flexible time awayfor you!).
