　　フィールドサービスエンジニアとしての業務

　　フィールドサービスエンジニアとして、

　　フィールドサポート業務、装置の点検、修理対応

　　お客様への説明、見積提示、価格交渉

　　・取扱製品

　　当社取り扱い歯科用機器（歯科用診療治療台・CAD/CAM/CT装置・滅菌器他）

　　上記製品以外、院内LAN機器類・システムのネットワークにある他社製品との接続

　　・お客様先にて製品の設置、および設置後の修理を含む技術サービス

　　・製品の（定期）点検訪問

　　※主なお客様：歯科医師や歯科医院スタッフ

　　必要条件（フィールドサービスエンジニア）：

　　・学ぶ意欲があること

　　・機械に興味があること

　　・対外、社内コミュニケーション（内容、表現、タイミング）が適切にできること

　　・マナー、服装への気配りができる事

　　・普通自動車運転免許（ペーパードライバーではないこと）

　　歓迎要件

　　・自作でのPC組み立てに挑戦したことがある

　　・ホームページ作成、動画配信、動画編集などに挑戦した事がある

　　・歯科用画像機器、一般医療用画像機器、の保守・サービスの技術経験（ハード/ソフト）

　　・ITに関する資格（ITパスポート、基本情報処理技術者など）

　　・フィールドエンジニアとしての業務経験がある（業界不問）

　　・エアー、水道などの流体の知識、業務経験がある

　　・接客業、営業、コールセンター等の業務経験がある
