　　We have an urgent need for an experienced and motivated Payroll Manager to join our team in the San Francisco, California area. Do you excel at creating amazing customer experiences? Then you are the candidate we are looking for this Payroll Manager. This opportunity provides various aspects of payroll operations (vendors, systems, processes and integration). 　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Payroll Processing:

　　Manage the timely and accurate processing of payroll for U.S. and international employees.

　　Utilize ADP and Paylocity systems to execute payroll tasks efficiently.

　　Compliance and Regulations:

　　Stay up-to-date on payroll laws and regulations in both U.S. and international locations.

　　Ensure compliance with tax laws, wage and hour laws, and other relevant regulations.

　　Data Management:

　　Maintain accurate employee payroll data and records.

　　Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy.

　　Problem Resolution:

　　Address and resolve payroll-related issues promptly and efficiently.

　　Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.

　　Qualifications:

　　Minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll management.

　　Extensive knowledge of ADP and Paylocity payroll systems.

　　Experience managing both U.S. and international payroll processes.

　　Strong understanding of payroll compliance and regulations.

　　Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

　　Requirements

　　A candidate with strong interpersonal skills will be the best fit for this position

　　Multistate Payroll experience

　　Payroll systems for 100-500 employees experience

　　Comprehensive knowledge of ADP - Payroll

　　Proven knowledge of Paylocity

　　ADP - Payroll experience

　　International Payroll experience
