Description We are seeking a meticulous Payroll Contact Center Clerk to join our team in the logistics industry based in Collierville, Tennessee. In this role, you will be central to providing support for vendor payments and resolving internal employee payroll queries. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support for vendor payments, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

• Serve as a point of contact for internal employees, answering payroll-related questions, clarifying details, and troubleshooting discrepancies.

• Manage and maintain detailed records of all interactions to ensure accurate tracking and resolution of issues.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all interactions and transactions.

• Facilitate collaboration with finance and HR departments to address and resolve complex issues.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance service quality.

• Manage a high volume of calls effectively, providing timely and accurate assistance to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Utilize your customer service and communication skills to resolve customer issues in a professional manner.

• Utilize your numeric and PC operating system skills to process and track customer interactions efficiently.

• Replace outdated templates and procedures with new ones to improve efficiency and service quality. Requirements

100% remote

M-F 10:30 - 7:00 PM shift

Must have call center experience
