　　What you get to do every day

　　File, scan, fax, and perform other clerical duties as required

　　Distribute and administer reports as instructed

　　Arrange data into spreadsheets and the payroll system

　　Data entry into spreadsheets and the payroll system

　　Build and run custom reports

　　Correspond with employees via email and phone to garner approvals on timesheets

　　Deliver instruction/training to employees regarding the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc. Requirements - Excellent oral and written communications skills

　　Proven ability to quickly learn new systems

　　Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

　　Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

　　Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data

　　Proficiency in Timekeeping System

　　Customer service experience

　　Proven knowledge of Call Center Customer Service

　　Payroll experience

　　Timekeeping software experience

　　Kronos Timekeeping System experience

　　Qualified in Payroll software

　　2+ years of previous payroll experience
