Description

　　Robert Half is looking for candidates who want to join a dynamic, fast-growing team as a Payroll Clerk. This role consists of supporting the Payroll department in a variety of responsibilities, including data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution and providing statements to various departments. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively interact with both the internal team and outside customers. 　　What you get to do every day

　　Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc

　　Distribute and administer reports as instructed

　　Run and build custom reports

　　Make sure data entered into spreadsheets and the payroll system is accurate

　　Correspond with employees via email and phone to garner approvals on timesheets

　　Data entry into spreadsheets and the payroll system

　　Supply the organization with instructions/training regarding the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc.

　　Requirements - Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

　　Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

　　Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required

　　Payroll software experience recommended

　　Enthusiasm when it comes to learning new systems and ideas

　　ADP - Payroll experience

　　Previous payroll experience

　　Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
