Overview
The Payroll Admin is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting designated geographic regions. Carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, and policy implementation.
What you will need
Be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Pass all pre-employment, background checks, and drug testing.
Be capable of sitting for extended periods of time.
Be fluent in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
Be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and MS Outlook).
Above-average analytical skills are required for this position.
How you will make an impact
Create and maintain employee personnel files.
Maintain data integrity in the HRIS system.
Facilitate new hires through the onboarding process and ensure new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
Assisting with completing background investigations.
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, and standards to new and existing employees.
Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as required.
Helps maintain company organization charts and the employee directory.
Other duties assigned.
