　　Qualifications:

　　· Must be able to work flexible hours.

　　· Willing and able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC).

　　Preferred:

　　· Bachelor's degree

　　· Proficient in SAP MM and SAP Material Catalogs

　　· Working knowledge of Workforce Software

　　· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

　　· 3 or more years of clerical/administrative or accounting related experience.

　　· Advanced Accounting and Math skills

　　· Enter submitted data for 200+ employees per pay period to ensure accuracy of hours to be paid.

　　· Track and reconcile hours worked by maintenance and operations employees on a daily basis.

　　· Track all vacation, sick, CDIP, and holiday hours for each employee and pay according to availability.

　　· Perform Bi-Weekly Accounting Closing within limited timeframe.

　　· Maintain pay sheets for operations and timecards for maintenance.

　　· Run multiple reports in Workforce and SAP for various departments.

　　· Perform duties in accordance with the Union Agreement Contract

　　· Audit sheets against the weekly operations schedules to ensure accuracy.

　　· Present benefits training for new employees.

　　· Ensure proper recording and storage of data in Workforce, SharePoint, and Live Link.
