　　Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.

　　Day-to-Day Duties Include:

　　Processing payroll

　　Reconciling payroll sub-ledger to the general ledger

　　Remitting payroll taxes and governmental reporting

　　Preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll statements

　　One of the client needs that we are supporting is a payroll function that reports through HR. This opportunity would open up the potential of getting involved with other duties such as:

　　Preparing new hire documentation and insurance forms

　　Maintaining employee data

　　Assisting with a range of HR and payroll related reporting

　　Preparing annual salary surveys

　　Providing support to managers with personnel and performance issues

　　Requirements

　　Skills We're Looking For:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

　　Proven experience working in payroll administration or a similar role.

　　Proficiency in payroll software/systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, etc.) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

　　Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.

　　Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.

　　Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

　　Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
