　　Responsibilities

　　 Opening mail and correctly indexing a borrower's payment.

　　 Responsible for the timely and accurate application of borrower payments to their respective

　　accounts in CLS software. Payments are received by check, ACH, cash, direct payment and wire.

　　 Analyze and identify payment exceptions that could not be easily applied. This requires

　　extensive research and working closely with other members of the team and members of

　　management.

　　 Entering transactions within the bank to transfer funds and process deposits.

　　 Assist in the remitting of debtor funds to client.

　　 Perform Bank Reconciliations.

　　 Enter check requests (accounts payable) into CLS collection software.

　　 Review accounts that have been overpaid and issue refunds to consumers.

　　 Accounts Receivable Reconciliation

　　 Assist with emails, corrections or other information being requested either from internal staff or

　　clients.

　　 Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
