　　Job Description:

　　Interviews patient to confirm demographic, financial, and clinical information

　　Performs insurance eligibility verification for specific services

　　Facilitates copay collection conversations with patients

　　Ensures complete and accurate demographic collection in a timely manner

　　Must Have:

　　2+ year(s) of Customer Service experience

　　Highly empathetic and compassionate

　　Strong desire to work in healthcare

　　Reliable transportation
