Job Description:
The patient registration representative will complete the following job duties:
Provide quality customer service to current or future patients that have been scheduled for appointments.
Update the following patient information within their internal database; patient name, demographic information, medical history, date of birth, etc.
Verify patient insurance information and update it in the system.
Work within Cerner to enter in all of the patients personal information.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
1+ years of customer service
High School Diploma
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to type 40 WPM
Hours
Openings on various shifts - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
