Job Description

　　Screens potential volunteers via telephone using prepared questionnaires to determine preliminary eligibility for study participation. Schedules consent/screening appointments for volunteers who pass preliminary phone recruiting interview. Utilizing list from database, calls former participating volunteers to fully recruit studies.

　　Essential Functions

　　Ensures calls are answered at the earliest opportunity with the highest degree of customer service and professionalism.

　　Conducts demographic and medical history phone interviews with volunteers using prepared questionnaires.

　　Accurately records and reviews demographic information and medical history for all volunteers, maintaining confidentiality.

　　Schedules volunteers for further screening and/or consent appointments if they meet criteria.

　　Performs administrative duties, i.e. copying, filing, completing spreadsheets.
