This customer service facing position interacts directly with patients, physicians, caregivers, and internal departments to answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company’s reputation for high-quality service. This position requires a working knowledge of insurance, health care, processing of new referrals, providing customer education, and routine assessment and problem identification. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
