Description* This requisition includes any of the following floors: Lakeside 20, Lakeside 55, Lakeside 60, Lerner Tower 4, Lerner Tower 5, Lerner Tower 6, Lerner Tower 7, Lerner Tower 8, Lerner Tower 9, CICU, Trauma ICU and the NSU.*The Patient Care Nursing Associate PCNA completes patient care activities as delegated by the RN.PCAs perform duties including, but not limited to, ADLs, vital signs, I and Os, 12 lead ECG, bladder scan, hygiene and venipuncture where applicable.Familiarity with using wheelchairs, EKG equipment, patient assistive devices, and patient care equipment specific to assigned population.Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as well as, exhibiting strong organizational skills and work ethicDemonstrates a professional demeanor when responding to patients and customersBasic computer data entry skills.Experience in a large teaching hospital preferred.One year job stability preferred.Equal Opportunity Employer -- minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity
