　　What you will doInsurance Claims Follow Up - reviews more complex system work queues, insurance contracts, and other reports to identify third-party (insurance) accounts receivable balances and collect expected amounts due.Meets production and quality requirementsProvides excellent customer serviceCompletes annual mandatory educational requirementsOther duties as assigned

　　Education QualificationsHigh School Diploma / GED Required

　　Experience QualificationsAt least three (3) years experience in Healthcare Collections RequiredAt least four (4) years in Healthcare Collections Preferred

　　Skills and AbilitiesExcellent attention to detail, organized and computer skills, professionalism.Good working knowledge of third party insurance and public assistance programs.

　　Schedule - First six months onsite then hybrid with 2 days in the office at the Cira Center.
