　　Responsibilities

　　Supervise the daily activities of the patient registration and/or scheduling staff.

　　Assess staffing patterns and schedules to optimize departmental resources and productivity.

　　Order and maintain appropriate supplies.

　　Develop and implement a quality assurance program.

　　Track and report quality assurance results to leadership and makes recommendations for improvements.

　　Oversee process for collecting fees prior to service.

　　Keep abreast of insurance company changes and updates. Communicate these changes to staff.

　　Requirements

　　Education:

　　High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

　　Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.

　　Additional Preferences

　　Customer Service Experience-Minimum 2 Years Preferred Leadership Experience-Minimum 1 Year Preferred
