　　Patient Access Representative

　　In this role, thePatient Access Representativeis responsible for interviewing the patient in order to obtain demographic and financial information.

　　Requirements:

　　Knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurances.

　　Experience working on computers.

　　Successful completion of the CPAR program to attain certification.

　　Successful completion of site personnel general orientation.

　　Successful completion of department specific orientation
