Post-Grant Proceedings Associate (open to remote)Our client is seeking an associate with 2 plus years of post-law school experience. They will train patent litigators with an interest in the post-grant practice.* Invalidity analysis of patents and prior art* Draft IPR/PGR petitions and legal and technical arguments/briefing* Work with experts and prepare expert testimony* Conduct and defend expert depositions* Oral advocacy before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board Qualifications* Graduated with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school* A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field of study is preferred* Admission to practice before the USPTO is preferred, but not required* Patent litigation experience before the PTAB* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settingsBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
