CPP-Syracuse is a manufacturer of premium investment castings for the Air Craft and Industrial Gas Turbine industry and has been in business for over 70 years. We have over 275 employees currently working in our Chittenango, NY facility.

　　We are currently looking for an experienced individual for our Patch Wrap Department working Monday - Friday. Current opening is on our 2nd Shift Monday - Friday overtime as needed. Experience preferred. Will train. 2nd shift differential $2.00 hour / $1, 000 sign on bonus for eligible candidates / Starting rate $19.27 per hour.

　　Patch Wrap Helper - This position the successful candidate to perform duties related to the visual inspection and preparation of shells prior to the casting operation. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. The successful candidate will also be able to Identify and implement improvement opportunities through the use of tools such as Systematic Problem Solving, Process Management, Value Stream Mapping, etc.

　　DUTIES

　　Responsible for cleaning, patching, and wrapping shells prior to pour. Ability to utilize templates to cut ceramic fiber blanket. Responsible for repairing molds internally and externally.

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Certifications/Licenses: None Experience: Entry Level Position - Prior manufacturing experience a plus
