Job Description

　　Day-to-day

　　This is a part-time on-site role located in the Greater Chicago Area for an Assistant Preschool Teacher who will be responsible for assisting the lead teacher in carrying out daily classroom activities and helping young children develop their cognitive and social skills. The Assistant Preschool Teacher will also be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for the children, serving snacks and lunch, and ensuring the classroom is clean and organized.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Must-Haves

　　  * High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

　　  * Minimum of 1 year of experience working with young children in a daycare or classroom setting

　　  * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the lead teacher, parents, and children

　　  * Understanding of child development, early childhood education, and best practices for fostering cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth in young children

　　  * Ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children

　　  * Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic attitude towards working with young children

　　CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire null
