　　THE OPPORTUNITY

　　MCA is seeking an experienced Merchandising Team Lead to lead a team of Merchandisers and offer their expertise to our growing clientele. We're excited to welcome seasoned professionals to lead and oversee the relining and resetting of several sections in major retail stores across Terrace, BC.

　　Leadership position overseeing a dedicated team.

　　Part-time work from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

　　Starting in early February 2024.

　　Short-term contract with potential to explore various projects within the company.

　　Continual access to new contracts

　　RESPONSIBILITIES

　　In this role, you'll be responsible for:

　　• Supervising and guiding the team in executing essential merchandising services, aligning with client specifications.

　　Ensuring products are ready for customer interaction and purchase.

　　Arranging products according to specific MOD's/Planograms

　　Identifying and removing outdated fixtures for specific products.

　　Addressing store-specific requirements through special notes.

　　THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

　　The ideal candidate possesses:

　　Leadership, professionalism, and a proactive leadership style.

　　Proficient understanding of planograms and store layouts.

　　Experience in retail or grocery merchandising.

　　A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
