　　3M is seeking Part-Time Production Operator candidates to join our team in Columbia MO!

　　Shift Options: 2nd Shift; 20 or 24 hours per week (see under "Your Skills and Expertise")Starting Pay: $20.04-$22.82/hour Shift Differentials (varies by experience)The person hired for the Part-Time Production Operator position will be responsible for producing products in the plant. They will operate and maintain machinery, ensure production standards are met, finalize products, and prepare products for shipping.

　　To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

　　Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)Ability to work one or more of the following part-time 2nd shifts:M, T, W - 3:30pm-11:30pm ORW, Th, F - 3:30pm-11:30pm ORM-F - 3:30pm-7:30pm ORM-F - 7:30pm-11:30pmAbility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as neededAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

　　The starting rate of pay for this position is $20.04/hour, with the potential to reach $24.08/hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
