What’s a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
• Providing administrative support to the Program Administrator, Director of Didactic events, Education, and Director of Research.
• Managing student and faculty schedules for didactic lectures, clinical phase lectures, and clinical skills sessions.
• Handling room scheduling requests.
• Developing and updating curriculum websites and administering exams.
• Calculating and recording grades and updating the curriculum mapping database.
• Providing administrative support to the Educational Policy and Curriculum Committee and Self Assessment Committee.
• Assisting with the onboarding of each new PA class.
• Supporting PA program events such as Admissions interviews, Graduation, and White Coat ceremony.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have an Associate/Vocational/Technical degree.
• Have 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Have advanced communication skills, both oral and written.
• Have strong computer skills.
• Are available to work part-time, 3 days a week.
• Can be flexible with the workdays.
• Are comfortable working on-site.
