　　Apto Solutions is hiring for a Part-time Accounting Specialist.

　　Responsibilities:

　　The Part-time Bookkeeper will: 

　　Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

　　Process accounts payable

　　Issue bills, track and document updates and payments 

　　Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software 

　　Manage direct expense accounting 

　　Prepare, check, and process invoices

　　Provide support for budgeting and forecasting processes

　　Qualifications (Skills/Qualifications) : 

　　Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar Accounting role

　　Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

　　Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks

　　Familiarity with public accounting procedures and regulations

　　Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

　　Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies or errors in financial data

　　Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

　　Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

　　Additional Details:

　　Location: Atlanta, GA, 30318

　　Hybrid with 3 days in the office.

　　Part-time, 20 hours per week.
