We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Part-time Accounting Specialist in Lees Summit, Missouri. As a Part-time Accounting Specialist, you will be a key player in managing and executing our accounting functions. Your role will involve working with Accounting Software Systems and handling responsibilities related to ADP - Financial Services, Ceridian, and Concur.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage Accounting Software Systems effectively

• Execute and oversee all aspects of Accounting Functions

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure all financial obligations are met on time

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring all payments are received and recorded accurately

• Carry out Billing Functions effectively, ensuring all transactions are documented

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting and financial tasks

• Manage the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system efficiently

• Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries related to accounts and billing

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary

• Ensure the accuracy of customer credit records.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory.

• Solid understanding and experience with Accounting Functions.

• Demonstrable experience handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Must be skilled in managing Billing Functions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• This role is part-time, requiring flexibility in work hours.
