Come join our team!WHAT YOULL DO:As our Parts & Service Department coordinator, you will be in a dynamic, multi-faceted role that ensures our customers have a great experience when they purchase parts or get their equipment serviced at Ditch Witch West. Every day, you will help manage incoming and outgoing service department work, enter and manage work order data through various internal programs, prepare warranty paperwork and monitor reimbursements, provide excellent service to customers in person and on the phone, ship and receive parts and more! To thrive in this role, you must be a detailed person, enjoy working at a fast pace, and have a winning attitude.WHAT YOU NEED:

  Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal computer systems.Excellent communication and customer relations skills.Ability to thrive in a team environment.Prior history with parts counter sales or service is required; mechanical aptitude is helpful!Experience working directly with customers and knowledge of the trenching and construction markets are preferred.*Compensation: $20-28/hr (Depending on Experience)**Why work for Pape:*
