About Parts Manager

  RideNow Powersports is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Manager to join our team. As a Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our Parts Department, which sells a wide range of motorcycle, ATV, and watercraft parts and accessories.

  Responsibilities:

  Manage and lead a team of parts specialists, providing training and guidance to drive exceptional performance.

  Develop and execute strategies to optimize the efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction of the Parts Department.

  Monitor inventory levels, ensure accurate stocking, and maintain appropriate parts inventory based on sales trends and customer demand.

  Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms to maximize profitability.

  Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Service, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

  Maintain knowledge of industry trends and keep up-to-date with the latest powersports products and technologies.

  Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

  Perform any other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the Parts Department and the company.

  Requirements

  Minimum of 3 years of experience in a parts management role within the automotive or powersports industry.

  Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  Strong knowledge of parts sales, inventory management, and pricing strategies.

  Proficiency in using inventory management systems and software.

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.

  Proven ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

  Powersports enthusiast with a passion for the industry and a strong understanding of motorcycles, ATVs, and watercraft.
