We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Parts Clerk to join our team at Papillion Sanitation in Omaha, Nebraska . As a Parts Clerk, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ordering parts, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

　　Pay Range: $18 - $20 per hour

　　Schedule: 9:00am - 7:00pm | Monday - Friday

　　Job Requirements:

　　Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Parts Clerk or in a similar role

　　Strong knowledge of inventory management and parts ordering processes

　　Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

　　Ability to maintain accurate records and track inventory levels

　　Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers

　　Roles and Responsibilities:

　　Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels of parts and supplies

　　Order parts and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery

　　Receive and inspect incoming parts for accuracy and quality

　　Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and update inventory management system

　　Assist technicians and mechanics in locating and retrieving parts

　　Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies

　　Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and address any discrepancies or shortages

　　Assist in maintaining a clean and organized parts room

　　Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
