Serve as a resource for the Market Area Manager, regarding all Fixed Operations-related issues. Responsible for leading the development and execution of business plan strategies to improve Wholesale and Retail Parts, Accessories, and Ford-Lincoln Protect channel sales throughout the East Market Area.
This is a Hybrid role reporting into the NY/NJ office.
What you'll do...
Support Market Area to achieve successful execution of Fixed Operations Business Plan strategic objectives
Market Area Support will include:
Assist the Market Area Manager and Parts Operations Manager in creating, tracking and implementation of market-wide efforts related to Parts Sales, Service Performance, Ford Protect penetration, Accessories sales, and Ford Pro Elite.
Analyze, communicate performance, and consult with Market Area/Regional personnel on meeting key objectives via Organizational Meetings, conference calls, etc.
Participate in and support the various business growth dealer meetings (e.g. Ready for Retail/Wholesale, etc.)
Develop incentives and write MAPs/programs for Wholesale Parts, Retail Parts, Ford Protect, and Accessories.
Produce weekly performance and assignment reporting to support Certified Parts Wholesaling Dealer (CPWD) Zone Managers, Service Performance Managers/Zone Managers, and Technician Placement Specialist.
Assist in the coordination of sales events, incentive programs, and reward disbursement.
In-market Dealer travel to support business development.
Resolve parts and service data issues.
Lead special projects for Market Area Manager.
Assist in preparing Business Development presentations for meetings conducted by the General Manager, Regional Manager, and Market Area Manager (e.g. Ford Dealer Advertising Fund (FDAF) meetings, Ready for Retail / Wholesale, Business Plan, Market Area/Regional Broadcasts, etc.).
Track performance on Balanced Scorecard (BSC) metrics and provide insight into where further attention is needed.

You'll have...
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field of study.
5+ years of Marketing Sales & Service experience required.
Prior Automotive OEM Fixed Operations experience required.
Field dealer contact experience preferred.
Knowledge of dealership operations, dealership financial statements/sales and profit forecasts, Dealer reporting and systems.
Customer service mindset.
Strong interpersonal / leadership / organizational skills and competencies.
Ability to interface with Retail Group Management and Dealer Management.
Ability to work independently, with strong verbal, written, and Data Analytics skills.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, emphasis on Excel and SharePoint.
Comprehend and analyze our performance documents (i.e., Dealer Profiles, Financial Statements, 5 Year Trends, Sales Effectiveness Analysis, Parts & Service Dealer Dashboards/Trend Reports, etc.).
Ability to manage changing priorities, deadlines and timelines with multiple inputs and complexities.
Field dealer relationship experience – ensuring an understanding of the dealer dynamic and ability to gain dealer trust.
Extraordinary teamwork, collaborative skills and demonstrated behaviors.
