The Alliances Sales Enablement Specialist will be an important member of the Sales Enablement organization team supporting Partners and Alliances globally. As the Snowflake Partners & Alliances team grows in FY25 this team member will develop and execute content and programs targeted to three key audiences: Partner Sellers within Snowflake, Sellers at our Partners & Alliances globally, and the Snowflake Sales team.
We're looking for a creative, self-starter who is excited to develop and deliver enablement and training programs for Snowflake's expanding Partners and Alliances Global Sales Organization. In this role, you will support the planning, and execution, of high-impact sales enablement initiatives. Reporting to the Manager of Alliances Sales Enablement you will support the development of various content, programs, and training events, both virtual and in-person targeted to audiences both internally and externally.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:Support enablement programs based on both global and local needs of the partners and alliances organization including content development, metrics identification, and measurements, interface with the program management team, development of communications, and learning design.Support the development of the content for technical product releases, industry use cases, and company focus areas into consumable materials for partner sellers at Snowflake and our partner organizations.Support the delivery of a Point of View to stakeholders and experts and drive collaboration on what enablement would close learning gaps for partner sellers. Stakeholders include Product Marketing, Partner Field Leadership and Operations, Sales Enablement Leadership and Management.Creation of content and programming that will resonate with partner sellers both internally and externally including onboarding for new partner sellers and new members of the Snowflake Partner Network.Support the management of content curation in both Learning Management Systems and Sales Content Management systems for audiences to ensure content is relevant and accessible.Provide feedback back to the Onboarding team on field readiness out of Onboarding.Ability to create first draft content and program delivery in the following areasEnablement skills (past experience could include one or more of the following consulting, design & development, training facilitation skills, presentation, program management, stakeholder management, and whiteboarding),Product & industry knowledge with past experience in technology/product marketingFamiliar with selling methodologies (e.g. value selling, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, or other frameworks)Familiar with business operations such as Salesforce or CRM either with past use or skills (e.g. dashboards, CRM updates, etc.)WHAT YOU'LL NEED:A minimum of 3 years of related experience in product marketing, enablement, and/or partner operationsBasic understanding of technical sales cycles, processes, and methodologiesFamiliarity with the foundations of learning design and measurement, some experience in learning management systems or tooling (Learning management, content management, and Articulate/RISE), and gamification.Ability to manage priorities and projects across multiple projects, while meeting deadlines and producing quality deliverablesConsultative skills - conduct discovery, create solutions to problems, and facilitate opportunities.Experience with G-SuiteHighly organized with excellent communication and presentation skillsDesire to work in a highly dynamic environmentExperience with supporting a fast-paced sales organizationExperience with various tools such as Seismic, Lessonly, Salesforce, ZoomBachelor's Degree requiredAbility to travel as needed and potentially support other regions as needs ariseThe following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $91,000 - $121,800.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
