  Role Summary

  Our Transformation Lead Analysts excel at the translation of strategy into execution! They are strategic thinkers with excellent business insights, curious about problems and understanding how everything works, and advocates for operational excellence in SaaS business models. They work with teams across the enterprise to define end-to-end value streams, align on GTM efficiency strategies, reinvent operational models.

  This team is creative, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial and leads GTM process/technology improvements! Leaders and teammates work to drive sophisticated, multi-functional efforts that position the company for continued high-growth and develop GTM processes to support Splunk's channel business. Your goals are to help craft Splunk's business capabilities and strategies geared to Partners, analyzing sophisticated business processes end-to-end and make design recommendations to optimize performance. You will also be responsible for leading in-flight programs and requests in the Partner space by maintaining a project plan, identifying and detailing risks, issues, and dependencies, and facilitating meetings and workshops to drive program outcomes.

  What you'll get to do

  Understand the company's operating model and how they translate into the need for standardized, scalable business processes, organizational structures, and operations geared to Partners.Analyze existing processes, applying different techniques and methods, including documentation of the existing flows.Codify the customer experience and recommend process improvements to address corporate objectives.Leverage Partner and channel expertise in industry processes, policies, procedures, and methodologies to establish process excellence.Lead and support the design of GTM future-state processes by working with partners from the business and technical teams to deliver outstanding solutions.Proactively work with IT to define and implement GTM system solutions - complete in an agile delivery model by developing epics, user stories, test scripts, acceptance criteria, and training materials.Collaborate with others to ensure GTM business readiness and transfer knowledge for new processes and systems.Ensure metrics are understood and assist future state measurement/ management systems for GTM operational health and success.Provide executive presentations and present simple solutions to sophisticated business problems to diverse partners across the company.Must-have Qualifications

  8+ years of experience in a management consulting, business analysis, and/ or comparable technology industry role with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; or 6+ years of experience with an MBA.Experience and expertise across end-to-end business cycles, with operational experience in GTM with high-growth, highly-scaled SaaS companies with a growing partner ecosystem and channel business.Experience collaborating with business leaders to ensure capabilities, policies and process required to support scalable omnichannel multi-currency needs.A successful track record of leading through uncertainty and ambiguity in critical, enterprise-wide, multidisciplinary initiatives.Experienced with agile software delivery frameworks in efforts to automate, improve, or redesign business processes and a proven understanding of enterprise systems such as and process analysis / data visualization tools.Ability to work across groups and ensure ability to influence and implement across groups.Good understanding of project management processes and familiarity with project management tools.Splunk is an Equal Opportunity Employer

  Note:

  Base Pay Range

  SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area

  Base Pay Range: $129,600.00 - 178,200.00 per year

  California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts

  Base Pay Range: $116,000.00 - 159,500.00 per year

  All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.

  Base Pay Range: $104,800.00 - 144,100.00 per year

  Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
