About Partner Associate (Partnerships and Alliances)

  The Partner Associate supports day-to-day execution of partner related activities within the Corporates Partnerships & Alliances team. Activities include meeting with key strategic partners, executing go-to-market plans, reporting on outcomes and facilitating logistics. The Partner Associate supports the Partner Lead Directors and Alliance Managers in achieving defined goals and objectives for partner success management. About the Role: In this opportunity you will: Provides day-to-day support to Partner Lead Directors and Alliance Managers Supports partner onboarding and training Supports planning and execution of detailed go to market strategies, programs and plans for each partner category and/or key strategic partner Supports reporting on the effectiveness of partner categories and/or key strategic partners Develops close working relationships with partners by facilitating communications and logistics between organizations Coordinates efforts with internal functional and/or business teams including Product Management, Marketing, Customer Proposition, Sales, Professional Services and Support Manages and works with partner enablement tools (e.g. Quickbase, Partner Portal) Supports process improvement plans for department Executes short-term and long-term partner strategy plan in line with company goals Accountabilities External-facing partner logistics coordination and communication Execution of partner success management tasks including on-boarding, go-to-market and success measurement reporting Status reporting and follow-up efforts in collaboration with Partner Lead / Manager Creation of presentations and readout materials to support ongoing partner reviews About You: You're a fit for the role if you have: Bachelors Degree 2+ years experience in a similar role Partner-oriented mindset; the ability to listen to partners and consistently follow through on commitments Strong communication skills and ability to influence Detail oriented with exceptional follow-through Highly entrepreneurial and ability to work across multiple teams/parts of the organization Builds effective relationships and partners with others to develop joint solutions Ability to effectively navigate and perform in dynamic, highly matrixed environments Exceptional organizational, verbal, written and presentation communication skills. Compensation: Base salary and a variable compensation that is directly related to your success #LI-TK1 In the United States, Thomson Reuters offers a comprehensive benefits package to our employees. Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $71,400 - $132,600. The base compensation range in other locations may vary. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
