Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Partner in the legal sector, based in POTOMAC, Maryland. The role entails joining our team and managing corporate/transactional or labor and employment practice. You will also be exposed to government contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Handle corporate/transactional or labor and employment cases with efficiency and diligence

• Utilize knowledge of government contracts to provide top-notch legal advice

• Leverage Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and ERP Solutions for efficient task management

• Apply understanding of Labor Law and Corporate Commercial law in day-to-day operations

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations

• Implement skills in Auditing and Claim Administration to ensure all legal procedures are followed accurately

• Utilize 'About Time' software for efficient time management

• Carry out Accounting Functions as necessary

• Develop business strategies and attract clients through competitive platform management

• Maintain existing corporate/transactional or labor and employment practice. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role or industry

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems and ERP Solutions

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential

• Knowledge and experience with CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software is a plus

• Demonstrable knowledge of accounting functions and auditing

• Experience in claim administration is required

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Expertise in Corporate Commercial Law

• Knowledge of Labor Law is a must

• Must have a strong ethical stance with the ability to handle confidential information

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team

• Must be able to make decisions and solve problems effectively

• A strong focus on customer service and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

• Must have a strategic mindset with the ability to plan for the future of the business.
