Title: Senior Finance Associate

Location: San Francisco (hybrid, 2 days a week in office)

Salary: $100k-$140k base + bonus

About the Company: This Venture Capital firm adopts a progressive approach to the financial scenario of the 21st century. Offering focus on emerging domains such as digital currencies as well as established sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed reviews of quarterly reports prepared by the fund administrator.

Review and distribute quarterly capital statements to investors.

Work with auditors for annual financial audits.

Assist in managing fund operations processes, monitor fund finances and investments.

Assist in addressing finance related inquiries from investors and with fund tax compliance processes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, tax, or related field.

3-5+ years of asset management auditing or accounting experience, with at least 2 years in VC/PE.

CPA is highly preferred and passing FAR REG is required.

Strong analytical skills, excellent judgment, and creative problem-solving skills.

Excellent skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
