We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Part Time Receptionist. This position is based in Reston, Virginia, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their queries are addressed, and their needs are met with utmost efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Providing top-notch customer service to clients

• Managing inbound calls and addressing inquiries promptly

• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

• Use interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and friendly environment for all visitors and staff.

• Assist in maintaining the office environment, replenishing breakroom and office supplies as needed.

• Organize and maintain files, ensuring easy accessibility and up-to-date records

Requirements

• Proven experience in Customer Service is essential

• Ability to manage and answer inbound calls efficiently and professionally

• Previous role as a Part-Time Receptionist would be advantageous

• Ability to work efficiently in a part-time role

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

• High level of professionalism and personal presentation

• Flexibility to work part-time

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in using basic office equipment and software
