This is made possible through a collaboration between Dakota and Washington counties. The innovative program will not only provide temporary housing with a 12-bed unit for youth but also incorporate mental health services. Nexus Family Healing has a 50-year history of providing services in diverse areas of mental health with enthusiasm and a willingness to look creatively at serving communities, restoring hope for thousands of children and families through outpatient/community mental health services, foster care, and adoption, and residential treatment. Using innovative, personalized approaches to heal trauma, break cycles of harm, and reshape futures. We believe every child is worth it - and every family matters. Required Qualifications: Minimum of Master's or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences, human services, psychology, family therapy, social work, counseling, or related fields. LGSW required for social work candidates. Must be on track to complete licensure for a specific, related discipline, or currently holds a provisional license for a specific track (e.g. LGSW, LAMFT or LPC) Knowledge of family-based philosophy and practice is required Valid driver's license required Nice to Have: Experience in related community-based work with adults, families, and/or youth Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
