　　As a Part Time Finance Assistant, you will:

　　Assist both the R&D Finance group and the Corporate Budgets &Planning group in Purchase Order Management.{=html}<>- Follow up with stakeholders when there are issues with purchase orders, good receipts, and vendor invoices.- Run and distribute system reports to stakeholders.- Attend monthly Accounts Payable meetings and follow up on unresolved issues.- Complete other tasks as assigned by Sr Finance Analysts and Finance Managers.

　　The ideal candidate will have:

　　High School Diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious accounting, invoicing, or banking experienceDetailed OrientedGood Communication SkillsPAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

　　Pay Range*: \$18-\$19 per hour

　　*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on severalfactors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, worklocation, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
