Onsite Work location - New York NY - Part Time hours are Tues - Wed & Thurs 9 am to 5 pm with an hour lunch Minimum Education - Associate Degree Competencies: Need advanced G-Suite and PowerPoint and Excel skills preferred. Interest in healthcare and desire to work within a high growth environment. Your administrative and Receptionist experience is needed to support the daily operations of their New York Office.

Responsibilities
Receive, sort, read, review, process and scan mail to designated departments through email or upload to drive including claims, checks, tax statements, payroll, benefits, medical records, invoices, compliance, service center and providers letters
-Assist in the set-up of various events, meetings held in the office - including weekly company office lunch on Wednesdays
-Greet clients and visitors as needed
-Maintain inventory of office supplies and order supplies when needed. Maintain and distribute supplies throughout the office including kitchen, restrooms and printers.
-Organize and maintain office common areas, and ensure conference rooms proper setup
-Manage & monitor hoteling software. Manage and assist booking conference rooms
-Ensure overall office cleanliness via our cleaning services services vendor, and coordinate with building maintenance staff regarding maintenance needs
-Serve as the point person for scheduling office maintenance and repairs for various equipment, including Air Conditioning, Fire Alarm system and Printers
-Fulfillment of document scanning/ printing requests
-Handles sensitive/ confidential documents and information responsibly, and with integrity; including office mail
