Description We are in search of a Part Time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in East Aurora, New York. In this role, you will be handling accounts payable tasks, ensuring accuracy in data entry and invoice processing. This job offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing and coding invoices with precision

• Conducting account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy in financial records

• Handling accounts payable (AP) duties efficiently

• Performing check runs to ensure timely payments

• Managing data entry tasks with attention to detail

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data organization and tracking

• Operating Sage Intacct software for financial management

• Ensuring accurate invoice processing to maintain financial integrity Requirements • Proficient in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices

• Proficient in Data Entry and Invoice Processing

• Skills in Microsoft Excel and Sage Intacct are required

• Ability to work in a part-time role

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
