PRN Physical Therapy Assistant Job Highlights:

Required Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individualmust be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be approved as a Parent Provider for the State of Colorado Medicaidprogram, or in process of being certified.High school graduate or equivalent.State approved nursing assistant course completion/certification, orenrollment in approved course per state guidelines.CPR Certified.Must reside in Montrose, Delta, or Mesa county.Possess the ability to read, write and carry out directions.The COVID-19 vaccination is required per company policy and state healthcareregulations.Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Preferred Skills:
Have demonstrated the ability to work with little supervision and makeappropriate judgment.Have demonstrated dependability, tact, and ability to follow orders.Customer service oriented.Possesses coordination and dexterity required to provide resident careskillfully.Ability to utilize computers and other electronic devices for tasks such astimekeeping, in-servicing and documentation.
Essentials:
Assists loved one with activities of daily living.Administer medications and treatments.Documentation of cares given and pertinent observations. Reports anyobservations to the nurse.Assists with ambulation, transfers and exercise.Reports any suspected abuse or neglect per facility policy.
