JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: In collaboration with faculty,the Education Program Coordinator II coordinates all activities andsystems required by the department for courses and clerkships at theGreen Bay Campus, located in Green Bay, WI. Schedules events andcourses, assembles enrollment and education information, and followscompliance and LCME guidelines. The Education Program Coordinatorsupports education objectives by tracking and communicating informationrelated to educational programs and assists in the development of coursematerials per institutional requirements. The Education ProgramCoordinator will also assist with recruiting and scheduling faculty andcommunity educators and coordinates student clinical and curricularactivities. Primary Functions Serve as primary liaison with assistantdeans, faculty, students and individuals at other campuses and clinicalsites as appropriate for course-related activities, including thecoordination of student clinical rotation paperwork process. Coordinateeducation sessions including faculty scheduling, room reservations,procuring equipment and supplies, set-up, gathering session materialsand evaluations . Create and electronically distribute program-relatedmaterials including, but not limited to: syllabi, clinical schedules,academic schedules, reference materials and assignments. Assist facultywith creation of educational materials. Collaborate with counterparts onthe Milwaukee and Central Wisconsin campuses to create and updatehandbooks, communications, and other course-related materials.Collaborate with the Campus Assistant Deans to develop processes tointegrate and coordinate programs and ensure compliance withorganizational policies and LCME accreditation standards. Participate indata associated collection and reporting activities related tomaintenance of LCME accreditation. Coordinate student performance andclinical teaching evaluations in the SIS system. Facilitate assessmentprograms. Coordinate teaching technology use in collaboration with thecampus Technology Specialist. Develop and maintain course and programrelated materials on Bright Space electronic learning platform, wherenecessary. Coordinate student enrollment with the Office of theRegistrar, preparing course dates and student enrollments for M1-M3students. Provide exam support, create schedules, preparing testingmaterials and running associated exam software. Assess and identifyprogram and course needs.
