　　PERSONAL INJURY AND WORKERS' COMPENSATION LAW FIRM in BELLEVUE, WA dedicated to fighting for the rights of injured workers and individuals who have suffered personal injustice is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented paralegal to join their team.

　　In this role, you will:

　　Provide comprehensive legal support in both workers' compensation and personal injury cases, from pre-litigation investigation through trial.

　　Conduct legal research, draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

　　Interview clients and witnesses, gather evidence, and prepare case reports.

　　Manage case files, deadlines, and calendars.

　　Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and opposing counsel.

　　Assist with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in workers' compensation and/or personal injury law.

　　Strong analytical and research skills.

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

　　Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

　　Compensation and Benefits:

　　The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision with employer-covered premiums; disability insurance; participation in the company’s retirement plan with 3% match and 10 days of paid vacation, 6 days of paid sick leave and 10+ paid holidays per calendar year.
