Description

　　A PRESTIGIOUS TRIAL FIRM IN TACOMA is seeking an experienced LITIGATION PARALEGAL. In this position, you will be supporting exceptional attorneys with complex cases including wrongful death, abuse and negligence, medical malpractice, and/or civil rights matters.

　　You will be a vital part of cases from inception to conclusion, with duties including:

　　Overall case management, client communication

　　Preparing and drafting pleadings and discovery responses and requests

　　Review and organize medical records

　　Trial prep, attend and assist during trial

　　Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000. Discretionary bonuses throughout the year are typical upon cases concluding. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision premiums 100% covered by employer; life and disability insurance; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with employer contribution, 10 days of paid vacation, 6 days of paid sick leave and 12 paid holidays per calendar year.

　　Requirements

　　Ideal Candidates will have:

　　At least 5 years of experience handling complex litigation

　　State and Federal E-filing experience

　　Extensive medical records experience
