　　We are currently working on behalf of a prestigious law firm that is seeking a talented and dedicated Family Law Paralegal to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic legal practice that values expertise, teamwork, and client satisfaction.

　　Position: Family Law Paralegal

　　Location : Arlington, VA

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provide comprehensive support to attorneys in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and related areas.

　　Conduct legal research and prepare relevant documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories

　　Assist in the drafting and editing of legal correspondence and agreements.

　　Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional and effective manner.

　　Manage and organize case files, ensuring all relevant documents are accurately maintained.

　　Assist attorneys in trial and deposition preparation.

　　Manage all stages of discovery.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification.

　　2+ years experience as a family law paralegal.

　　Strong knowledge of legal research methods and databases.

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.

　　Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
