This role's duties will require you to be motivated, and exercise focus, good computer skills, and organizational qualities.

　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Methodical approach to handling substantial workload — ability to prioritize and organize effectively

　　Study, analyze and review complex legal documents

　　Data base management of all relevant documents

　　Provide support to attorney through all phases Requirements - 1+ years of relevant experience

　　Strong understanding of spreadsheets and word processing is preferred

　　Knowledge of ParaLegals

　　Quality experience with pleadings

　　Wide ranging experience with Preparing Pleadings

　　General familiarity with Calendar Management

　　Personal Injury Litigation experience highly desired

　　Personal Injury Law experience preferred

　　Practical knowledge of Legal Pleadings

　　Strong familiarity with Litigation ParaLegal

　　Solid understanding of Litigation ParaLegal

　　Proven knowledge of personal injury plaintiffs

　　Well-founded grasp of Calendar (docket)

　　Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality

　　Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers

　　Ability to take ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

　　Excellent problem-solving skills
