New employees start off with an hourly rate of \$25.77 perhour and will be eligible for an increase upon completion of theirtraining. This role will work a rotating shift schedule. Working onSaturday and Sunday will be required on occasion. Working on Saturday ispaid at 1.5 times your hourly rate and working on Sunday is paid at 2times your hourly rate. What You Will Do * Understands the SafeOperation of equipment, what it does/how it works & can carry outhousekeeping, inspection, lubrication, and perform simple maintenancetasks * Lead small change-overs * Order and prepare raw materials andinstall them on the machine according Standard Operating Procedures *Maintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as wellwith other persons involved in running the machine * Maintain anoptimal housekeeping situation * Secure the quality level of theproducts by regular checking against the product specification rejectingand blocking if necessary * Complete all required documentation anddata files during production. * Meet required hygiene and environmentalstandards pursuant to customer requirements What We Can Offer You AtEssity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual andempower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culturemotivated by a powerful purpose.
